CLOBECA.COM is a web design and web development company in Palm Harbor, Florida. The company is owned and operated by Catherine Alcivar (website designer with 8 years of exeperience and is also serving in the United States Air Force Reserve unit in Tampa, FL) and Peter Alcivar (software/web application developer with over 20 years of experience in the field).
The owners started this web design and development company in Somersworth, New Hampshire. In 2010 they relocated in Palm Harbor FL, southwest of Tampa FL and northwest of St. Petersburg FL right along the Gulf of Mexico. We are adjacent to Clearwater FL, Dunedin FL, Safety Harbor FL, Tarpon Springs FL, and New Port Riche FL.
CLOBECA.COM is a member of the BNI Referral Net Chapter in Palm Harbor, FL, the Northern Pinellas Regional Chamber of Commerce in Florida, and the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce (PACC) in Tampa, FL. Our company staff is actively volunteering with the local community charities sponsored by PACC and other local organizations each year.
